Community Council - Governance

 The Blackridge Community Council meetings must be delivered as laid out in the Model Constitution maintaining the order of business.

As elected representatives in West Lothian, all Blackridge Community Councillors are expected to adhere to the Model Constitution and guidance set out by West Lothian Council along with maintaining ethical and moral principles set out in the Code of Conduct.
