Each year, we host two fantastic fundraising events—one in spring (April or early May) and another in autumn (October). These gatherings not only support our efforts but also bring people together for fun and friendship. 

We also organise two special events that we hold dear: our delightful Day Trip in June, where we set off on a great adventure, and our heart warming Christmas Treat in December, ensuring the festive season is enjoyed by all. More details on these are given below.

This event is a delightful outing for all seniors over 60 living in Blackridge. It's a wonderful opportunity to explore new places, enjoy scenic views, and spend quality time with friends and neighbours. You are picked up at various locations within the village, taken by coach to a chosen destination where you will be served a free lunch , you can then enjoy the afternoon before returning to chosen hotel for your evening meal before your journey home.

On the day all we ask you is to come along & enjoy the day in the company of old & new friends

Held during the festive season, this event brings holiday cheer to our senior community members. You will be taken by coach to the chosen location where you will be served an evening meal, then evening entertainment supplied before your journey home ensuring everyone feels the warmth and joy of Christmas.
